City of Dallas Chief Preservation Office Mark Doty will give a guided tour of the iconic Dallas City Hall. This Brutalist style masterpiece was designed by I.M. Pei and finished in 1978. Included on the tour will be a stop to the Municipal Archives where John Slate, the City Archivists, will show drawings of the various city halls in Dallas. This tour is in partnership with Preservation Dallas and is a part of our ongoing celebration of I.M. Pei's 100th birthday.
