Oh, The Weather Outside Is Frightful

Here at the DCFA, we follow DISD's lead as it relates to weather closings.  So, officially, we've been closed for three days now.  Unofficially, however, we're tired of the ice (and our couch). In solidarity with our stressed-out Super Bowl planning brethren, we've mushed the sled dogs downtown so that we can be open Thursday until 3 p.m.  And we have our fingers crossed for tomorrow.  You can bet we'll be open for at least a part of the day.  So if you're looking for an alternative to the DMA or Crow (both closed again today), come see us.

And check your calendar for next week post-thaw.  Next Wednesday, we'll be screening a couple of great short films on two of the Biggies: Philip Johnson and Mies van der Rohe.  More details are here.

Stay warm!  (And stay tuned for our Friday/Saturday schedules.)
